Okay, so our nephew Graham actually turned 4 quite a while ago (May 10th) and I've just been a little slow in getting these photos done. Nonetheless, the party was a total blast and I think Graham had an awesome time getting all sugared up, opening a bizillion presents and playing with his pals.

There are not enough words to describe Aurora and Shane as people or enough words to describe their wedding. I have been looking forward to their wedding soooo much since the first time we met and I KNEW it was going to be special. They are such genuine and amazing people and the relationship between them is so peaceful and beautiful. I have way too many favourites from this wedding that I can't post them all here, nor fit them all onto their slideshow - but I have tried. Aurora & Shane - just a peek

Aurora and Shane's wedding yesterday was unbelievable! The weather was a bit tricky for us to deal with but none of that mattered as Aurora and Shane looked absolutely breathtaking. Aurora looked like she was straight out of an old hollywood movie and Shane looked more than handsome. We shot a lot of film at this wedding so we'll have to wait till it all comes back from the lab, but here are a few teasers that we did get on the digital. Again, they looked amazing!

Graham and Anna

A couple of weeks ago I got to shoot my wonderful niece and nephew Anna and Graham (sorry for the late post, things have been a tad busy). We had tons of fun playing fire fighters and watching Anna learn to walk. It was also Grahams 4th birthday last week but I haven't quite gotten to those photos yet - it was quite an event - stay tuned. For now here are a few shots from hanging out a couple of weeks back.

Beautiful Flowers

I'm a sucker for beautiful flowers and as much as I love getting them, I really do love giving them too. Today is a special Aunt's 50th Birthday so we thought we'd get her a great bouquet to celebrate. I just had to share these, I think they're awesome. I love the bright colours and the unusual flowers mixed in with the gerbera's and freesia. They smell great too. If you're in the downtown area and want some great arrangments, V & J Plant Shop Ltd is great. They are located in Harbour Centre on the lower level. Their main location is in the Granville Island Market. Their flowers are beautiful so go buy yourself or someone you know some smiles.

Winnie and Nathan

Last night was gorgeous and I had such a great time hanging out with Winnie and Nathan for their engagement photos. These two are great, they laugh a lot and are super cute together. We played around down by The Quay in North Van and got some great shots (so many that it was really hard to only pick a few for the blog). They are getting married on June 16th and I am really looking forward to being there for their big day. Here's a sneak peak of their shoot and I will try and post their slideshow soon. Wide Open

Again, I'm testing out this new lens - Lovin it!!! And I've never seen a Tulip open up like this before. I have a whole bunch that are just wide open. Just thought I'd share this puuurrrrttttyyy flower with you all.
